I had waited all day for someone to clean the bathroom and change the filter and clean the entire area when the filter was kept, now I was ready for bed so I want to go to bed. Eric mentioned he could get someone to change the filter. Eric did not seem surprised or apologetic. I explained that the air filter was so filthy that it probably hadn't been cleaned in a year and it had dust and dirt hanging out of the grate. I explained that I had waited all day for these things to be cleaned and they had not been completed. I went back the front desk and spoke to Eric, the front desk manager. I came back at 10pm at night, nothing had been changed. Exhausted from little sleep and now congested I complained to the front desk and asked for them to change the air filter and clean the bathroom. However, by then I was so congested I coulded breath through my nose. I didn't realize what it was until the next morning.
The upgraded room I paid to move to had indecent hairs in the bath tub and an air filter that hadn't been changed in so long that it made a loud noise every time the air condition turned on that I woke through out the night. The first room I was in was dirty, with mildew in the jetted tub jets and along the tub. My first stay here and I am very disappointed.
